At AMH Lovegift, we want every gift you give to be perfect. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Please keep your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized products (custom name, engraving, or made-to-order designs)
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
How to Return:
- Contact us via email or our fanpage with your order number
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will offer a full replacement or 100% refund — including shipping costs.
